I'm new to barbells. Can I join?
Start with four Workout foundations sessions — then the platform is yours.
Do I need a belt and shoes?
Not at first. We lend belts, and flat shoes work fine until you commit.
Will I have to compete?
Never. Around a third of the group competes; the rest lift for the love of it.
