Strike, Move, Think
Our martial arts program teaches boxing and kickboxing fundamentals through pad rounds, bag work, footwork ladders, and partner drills. You will build rotational power, razor-sharp coordination, and the calm that comes from knowing your hands.
No sparring until you are ready — and never mandatory. Wraps required (grab our Pro Hand Wraps in the shop); loaner gloves available.
- Boxing stance, jab-cross-hook-uppercut system
- Kickboxing kicks, knees, and elbows

Led By Dwayne Cole
Dwayne fought amateur boxing for a decade and has coached combat fitness for twelve years. His sessions are technical, sweaty, and famously welcoming to first-timers.
Will I get hit?
Not unless you choose the sparring pathway. Regular classes are bags, pads, and partner drills with zero head contact.
What gear do I need?
Hand wraps are required; gloves can be borrowed free for your first month.
Is it a good workout?
Expect 500–800 calories an hour plus serious shoulder, core, and leg conditioning.
Wrap Up, Glove Up
First class free with wraps provided. Goes great with Karate, Workout, and Meditation for recovery.
