Discipline You Can Feel

Our karate program blends traditional kata and kihon with practical self-defense. Kids build focus, respect, and coordination through a clear belt pathway; adults get striking skill, mobility, and a workout that never feels like exercise.

Family classes run Friday lunchtimes so parents and kids can grade together. Gi available to borrow for your first month.

  • Kata, kihon, and kumite fundamentals
  • Kids belt pathway from white to black
  • Adult self-defense applications
  • Two gradings per year with guest examiners

Led By Dwayne Cole

Dwayne holds a third-dan black belt and has taught karate to over 800 kids and adults. His dojo rule is simple: hard training, kind people.

What age can kids start?

Our kids program starts at age 6, with a Little Tigers intake each September and January.

Do I need a gi?

Not for the trial month — borrow one of ours. After that we stock affordable gis in the shop.

How do gradings work?

Twice yearly, assessed by guest examiners so every belt is earned honestly.
